Adverbs of Frequency

The simple present tense is also used to show how often something happens with adverbs of frequency - always, usually, often, sometimes, occasionally, seldom, rarely, hardly ever never, etc.... and with adverbial phrases such as once a week, every day

For example:

"I always go to school at 8 o’clock."

"I never travel alone."

"I swim in the swimming pool every day."

"On Tuesdays I visit my grandma."
